The Mainauenlauf offers various distances for different participant groups, including a 5 km fun run, the Mainauenlauf over 10 km, Nordic Walking over 5 km, a youth run over 1000 m, a children's run over 500 m, as well as a relay and a half marathon. On June 22, 2025, we look forward to welcoming you to the city run in the green at the site of the former State Garden Show. The scenic, challenging hilly course takes you through picturesque sections and ends in the impressive Mainauenlauf Finisher Park. The event attracts participants from various age groups and offers a unique running atmosphere.
